About the Writer

Dr. Mukul S. Goel learned Hindustani Music under the personal guidance of a renowned guru (Jaipur Gharana). He obtained a Sangit Prabhakar (bachelor’s degree in music) concurrently with his schooling in India. Later, for his college education in engineering, he moved to New Jersey (USA). Mukul completed a PhD and postdoctoral research in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, where his work focused on areas relevant to cardiovascular disease.

Mukul turned to spiritual writing to connect to something deeper and more intuitive. He currently lives in India and is engaged in the independent study of Indian spirituality.
